She entered the Trappistine Convent in Rogersville, New Brunswick, Canada, on 08 December 1904, the same year the Trappistines arrived from France and Ursule McCaie became the first French-Acadian to join their order.  She took on the name of Sister Marguerite-Marie and according to Sr. Alfreda, Mother Superior of the Trappistine Convent, Sr. Marguerite-Marie did a lot of work for the Trappistine Community during her 60 years as a nun. John McCaie said the McCaie Family is well respected in Rogersville because of her tireless efforts.  ®4162
