Notes for Macorine/Macrine MACKAY/MAKAILLE
His/her mother died when 9 and father died when he/she was 11 years old. “I am presuming that the "Macrine" my grandfather Henri McCaie mentioned is the same one you have listed in the file you sent me. I believe that both she and her mother probably died of cholera. Macrine probably died around 1830, in Baie-Saint-Paul.”
1723”I seem to recollect Henri McCaie saying John MacKay had a daughter by the name of Lea-Marie-Corrine which they eventually ended-up calling her "Macrine" who died between the ages of eight or nine of the cholera epidemic which had swept the province of Quebec in the 1830's.”

Research notes for Macorine/Macrine MACKAY/MAKAILLE
Her name looks like “Lie Macorine” At the SGSF they could not tell if this is female or male. Look for a marriage.
Reg thinks the name reads Marie-Corrine.
1723The baptism lists Jean Makaille and Josephte Tremblay as parents. Is this a mistake or an illegitimate birth? Her godfather was Jean ---- and her godmother was B----Symard Marbrett?.
549 Also no marriage or death data.
558 Is that data in St. Fulgence?
With whom did she live after she became an orphan at age 11?
