He emigrated at age 13 to the United States in April, 1892 with his mother. They arrived in New York on 1 March 1891 on a vessel of the White Star Line. On 1 April 1930 Ernest Hagstrom, 51, lived in a home he owned worth $5000 at 611 Second Avenue East, Ashland, Wisconsin. He had been born in Sweden, emigrated to the United States in 1891 and became a naturalized citizen, was married at age 28, and was a delivery man for a coal and sand office. Living with him was his wife, Hilma, 48, children Edna, 20, Norma, 14, Alice, 12, and Helena, 22. and Helny’s husband Paul Boyer, 25. ®4405He was a Motorman. ®3791 He died at age 81. ®4404
