She was Abednego’s second wife. She was alive at the time of the date of the will of her husband, Abednego Wright of Hancock County on 9 October 1822.485

He was given a slave in the will of his father, Dionysius, of 20 March 1780. 485 In 1782 “Bednego” Wright is listed in the Richmond County Militia Roll. 515He was listed in the Richmond County Land Court held in 1786 and 1787. 515 In 1790-1795 he was in Richmond County, Georgia. 515 The will of his brother Albert of 1794 mentions his brothers Abednego, Meshack, Shadrack, Isaiah, Habakkuk, and his sisters Charity Shultz who later married a John Cotton, Peace Brown who later married Abner Willingham, Naomi Mims, Concord Hamilton, and Elizabeth Penny Tindall. He served in Captain John Peakes Company of the Georgia Militia commanded by Colonel Robert Middleton. He was certified as a Revolutionary War Veteran by Colonel Robert Middleton and Colonel Elijah Clarke. He received 575 acres of land in Washington County, Georgia for his service. His home was called "Oak Hall". His will is abstracted in "History of Hancock County, Georgia" by Elizabeth Wiley Smith, vol. 1, P84. Abednego Wright, Sr., and one other person, possibly his wife, applied for land in the Russells District of Baldwin County in the 1820 application for land in the 1821 Georgia Land Lottery. 309 In the 1820s James N. Wright, his brother Abednego Wright Jr., and Flewellen were in the 14th Regiment 10th District Militia of Hancock County. In the 1818 Tax Digest for Captain Hightower's District of Baldwin County, Georgia he has 13 slaves and his land adjoins the Oconee. He was alive on 10 Mar 1794 when he appears as Thomas Hamilton's bondsman in the intestate bonds from the courthouse, Appling, Columbia County, Georgia. He was alive on 16 Oct 1799 when he appears as his brother Isaiah's bondsman in the intestate bonds from the courthouse, Appling, Columbia County, Georgia. He may have lived in Richmond County as well. He was a resident of Hancock County when his will was probated on 6 Dec 1824. “ Abednego Wright, died 1824. He married Elizabeth Jones , June 19, 1791 in Columbia County, Georgia. He served in Capt John Peakes Company of the Georgia Militia commanded by Colonel Robert Middleton and Colonel Elijah Clarke. He received 575 acres of land in Washington County, Georgia for his service. Abednego Wright lived in the Georgia counties of Richmond, Columbia and Hancock. He no doubt was the same Abednego Wright listed as the son of Dyonicius Wright of Ninety Six District of South Carolina in a will probated 20 March 1780 before William Candler, Justice of the Peace of Richmond County, Georgia.
An abstract of Abednego Wright’s will in “History of Hancock County, Georgia” by Elizabeth Wiley Smith, Volume 1, page 84 lists Abednego Wright, married Susannah Gairy on 7 Nov 1816 in Hancock, Georgia. His personal property was appraised at approximately $2,000.00 which did not include the mills and two plantations known as Cedar Shoals on the Oconee River and Oak Halls. Abednego must have married again as Susannah Wright is listed as his wife in his last will and testament dated 9 October 1822.
