She was given the a slave by her father, Dionysius, in his will of 20 March 1780. 485She was alive on 10 Mar 1794 when she appears as the widow in the intestate bonds for her husband from the courthouse, Appling, Columbia County, Georgia. The will of her brother Albert of 7 January 1794 mentions his brothers Abednego, Meshack, Shadrack, Isaiah, Habakkuk, and his sisters Charity Shultz who later married a John Cotton, Peace Brown who later married Abner Willingham, Naomi Mims, Concord Hamilton, and Elizabeth Penny Tindall.
