He was the son of Captain Daniel and Abigail Moody and died unmarried at age 38 ®408at age 34. ®706He moved to Gallipolis, Ohio. ®2417, ®8 “Daniel Moody, the oldest of these sons went from South Hadley in the Spring of 1817, to Gallipolis, Ohio associated with Dr. Kittredge of that place in large purchases of grain. Here he sickened and died. A slab of marble is erected in his memory in the grave yard at South Hadley, Mass.” ®408
