“The place of his settlement was in Harwinton, Conn. and has been already described in the notice to his brother, Samuel. He united the trade of shoe-making with farming pursuits; was owner of a large estate in land. His interest in this respect, being somewhat united with those of his brother Nathaniel, who lived unmarried.” 607 He died aged 62.607
