Mr. Plautz was born on 4 May 1909, in Willard, Wisconsin and was educated in the Willard schools. He had been a heavy equipment operator for Plautz Bros., and later farmed east of Willard. He had been ill with multiple sclerosis since 1956 and had been a resident of the Memorial Home in Neillsville since 11 Nov 1964. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard.
