On the 1901 census was age 5, and could speak French. 438 On 3 August 1913 Mlle. Algaé Simard of St. Fulgence wrote a card in French to her “dear cousin”, Louise Mackay LaPointe in Bayfield, Wisconsin, USA. “my parents are all well. Tell my aunt that we are well. I am with my sister in Chicoutimi on vacation. My sister and my brother in law send salutations and regret they never knew you.”557 On 15 February 1915, in Saint-Fulgence, Quebec, Joseph-Albert Adelard Langevin, a minor son of Alfred Langevin and Delphine Bouchard, from the parish of Saint-François Xavier of Chicoutimi, Saguenay, Quebec married Aglàce Simard, minor daughter of François Simard, artisan, and Emélia Mackay.
