She was a widow when she was buried on 16 Aug 1734.
335“In 1824 when at Bury St. Edmunds, The Rev. Mr. Dewhouse Mr: mister of the Independent Congregation there, showed me an old & curious Register belonging to the Chapel, from which I extracted
1692. May 29. Hannah Moody, widow, living near Bury, being recommended by the Church of Christ at London , to the communion of this Church was received for that end.

These are to certify on behalf of our beloved sister Mrs. Hannah Moody, widow, that she walked many years with us as a member of our congregation & carried herself not only unblameably, but to the honor of the Gospel & ye Profession, & ye fore we recommended her to ye Church of Christ at Bury will of Mr. Milway is Pastor ye they will receive her in the Lord, as becometh Saints.
