Massachusetts. 371 He was bequeathed two dollars in the will of his father, Noah Moody, dated 19 Sep 1811.193 He was one of the first settlers in Malone, Franklin County, New York,2261 In 1810 he was appointed justice of the peace in Franklin County,2262 and in 1812 appointed coroner.2263 In 1814 he married his second wife, Betsey Ranger. 607 He married his third wife, Lydia Abel, in 1849.607 In 1820 in Bangor, Franklin Co., Noah and a female were 45 or over with a male 16–18 and a female 10–16.2264 In 1860 in Malone, Noah was 90 and Lydia 72. 2265
