Boutin is a 72 year old odd jobs laborer who lived in a house he owned in Bayfield, Wisconsin next to that of Frank Boutin, Sr. He lived with his wife of 52 years, Madeline, 71 and son Aleck Boutin, 38, and single who worked as a laborer.
