It indicates she was born at 5:10 PM 10 July 1930 at LaPointe, Ashland County, Wisconsin, but the certificate was not filed at the Ashland County Courthouse until 17 December 1932, 2+ years later. I presume that Dr. Andrus would have been unable to attend the birth because of the distance by car and ferry from his office in Ashland to Madeline Island, and so filled in and signed the certificate at the later date for “the record”.
