Notes for Samuel (Spouse 1)
He settled in Deerfield, but returned to Northfield about 1754. He was an orderly sergeant in Captain John Burk’s company at Crown Point in 1757 and was promoted to ensign. He was in Colonel Ruggles regiment in the expedition to Crown Point in 1759. He was at the capture of Montreal on September 8, 1760. He was a Captain in the Revolutionary War and died in the 81st year of life.
