He lived with his widowed mother and siblings, Wilfred, Hazel and Leonard on Fourth Street in Bayfield, Wisconsin in 1930.

He had 1 year of high school education at Bayfield High School, was married, was 70 inches tall and weighed 157 pounds. He lived in Mount Clemens, Michigan on 28 September 1971.

KALKASKA - Clarence J. Hebert, 83, of Kalkaska, died Tuesday at his home.
Born Jan 8, 1916, in Bayfield, Wis., he was the son of the late Fred and Margaret Grant Hebert. On Dec. 10, 1941, he married the former Lucille Morrin, who survives.
Clarence resided in Mt. Clemens until 1981 when he moved to Kalkaska County. He was employed as a rose grower prior to his retirement and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing pool. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, and was a life member of Land O' Lakes VFW Post No. 8684 and St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, John Hebert of Eastpointe; three daughters, Eileen (Howard) Denryter of Sterling Heights, Mary (Russell) Chambers of Vacaville, Calif. and Linda (Jere) Brown of Lake Ann; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Wolfe Funeral Home of Kalkaska where an evening service will be held at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Kalkaska with Father Jim Holtz serving as celebrant. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery with military rites under the auspices of Land O' Lakes VFW Post No. 8684.
