®10824 On 1 June 1900 George Boutin, 33, born in Wisconsin, worked as a printer. He and Maude, 24, lived in the 5th Ward of Duluth with Jessie L., 4, Ada V., 2, Clarissa, 8 months and Clara Hicks, a 47 year old widow who was Maude’s mother, born in New York.
®10879On 15 April, 1910, George W. Boutin, 43, lived at 605 21st Avenue in Duluth, Minnesota and worked as an Assistant Clerk in the Public Works Department. He was born in Wisconsin, his father in French Canada and his mother in New York. He had been married for 16 years to Maude R., 34, and they lived with their children Jessie, 14, Ada, 12, and Clarissa, 10, all but Jessie born in Minnesota. Clarissa Hicks, a widowed 64 year old mother in law born in New York and Edward O. Nelson a 34 year old widowed lodger born in Michigan and his daughter Florence, 1 year and 6 months, lived with them.
®10880 On 1 January 1920 George W. Boutin, 52 lived in a house he owned at 3310 Minnesota Avenue, Duluth, Minnesota and worked as a printer in a printing shop. He lived with Maude, 44, Valera E., 22, Clarissa, 20 and his mother in law Clara Hicks, a 76 year old widow. Jessie has left home.
®10881 On 1 April 1930 George W. Boutin, 62, lived in a house he owned worth $6000 at 3614 Minnesota Avenue, Duluth, Minnesota. He worked in the printing industry and lived with Maude R., 54 and Calerie A, 32. Both Clarissa and Mrs. Hicks have left home.
®10882 By 1 April 1940 George W. Boutin, 72, Maude R. Boutin, 64 and Valerie A. Boutin, 42 had moved to Mankato, Minnesota, where they rented for $30 a month. George was now owner of a job printing plant.
