Her mother’s name was Speck. 1534On 1 January 1920 she lived with her parents and 4 siblings in Saint Paul, Minnesota.1489 On 1 April 1930 Ivy P. was 16, lived with her parents and 5 siblings and attended school.1490 On 1 April 1940 Ivy was a 24 year old single stenographer and lived with her mother and siblings at 429 Robert Street in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Her father, Robert A., and brother William G. no longer live with them.1668Her gravestone inscription says “US MARINE CORPS WORLD WAR II”. “Mattaini, Ivy P. - Beloved Sister and Aunt Preceded in death by husband, William; brothers, Walter, William and Robert; and godchild, Joan. Survived by brother, James; sister, Gerry; and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11 AM at CHURCH OF ST. MATTHEW at the corner of Hall and Robie. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.”1541
