Winterer who is a teller at the Custom House and resides at 475 North Third which is also the address of the Winterer Wine & Liquor Bottling Company. In 1895 William A. Winterer is a teller at the Custom House and lived at 989 North Fifth in Philadelphia. No Winterer liquor business exists. On 1 June 1900 William A. Winterer, 52, born March 1848 in Pennsylvania, was a paying teller, who lived in a house he rented at 1428 McKean Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. J., 12. 1732 In 1905 William A. Winterer was a teller who lived at 5230 Walton Avenue. He was listed as single and lived with Amelia Winterer at 1821 Porter Street in Philadelphia prior to his death there on 11 January 1910 at the age of 61 years, 9 months and 28 days. He worked as a paying teller at the sub treasury at the time of his death.1735
