“The house of his father was at the south end of the Front Street in Hadley upon the west side near the Connecticut River. It was separated by only two home lots from the dwelling of her father.”
607John Kellogg, as a resident of Hadley who had reached his majority, was allotted land in what was to be Amherst in 1703.
