He emigrated at age 10 on "The Increase" with his parents and family to Wethersfield, Connecticut, in 1635. 275 Wethersfield was established as Watertown in 1634, and renamed Wethersfield in 1637. He was Sergeant of the Wethersfield Train Band in May 1657. He lived on "the Broad Street" in Wethersfield, Connecticut. 275

She was the second wife of John Kilbourne and was alive at the time of her husband's will of 1688, from which she received "half my housing and homelot on the Broad Street".275 Their first child was born in 1665. She was over age 70 when she died. 362
