She was a teacher in the Beaser, Willmarth and Bay City schools of Ashland, Wisconsin for 25 years, retiring in 1979. She taught Sunday School for many years at Salem Baptist Church. She was a member of the Salem Baptist Church, the Alpha Delta Kappa education sorority, the Ashland Education Association and the Ashland Federation of Teachers. ®162
