1326”R. Robert Reott, 84, of Cliffside Apts, 325 S. McKean St, retired businessman, died this morning in the Butler Veterans Administration Hospital after an illness. He was the owner of Reott's service station and grocery store, Saxonburg Road, which he operated for 24 years until his retirement. He was a member of St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, Butler. A veteran of World War I, he had served in the 11th Infantry, US Army and was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars posts of Butler. Born in Bayfield, Wisconsin, July 8, 1890, he was the son of the late Andrew and Katherine Reott. Surviving are his wife, Pearl Finnell Reott; a brother, Clayton Reott of Baltimore, Md, and a number of nieces and nephews.”
